This heatspreader is for the ETX-PM. It is the through hole version, which means it is designed for mounting to an ETX module with the M2.5 screws coming through the heatspreader to mate with the baseboard.
Key Features
- This was the first revision ETX-PM heatspreader. Compared to the current revision, it has an aluminium slug (current one is copper) and lacks the thermal pad which connects the Ethernet controller to the heatspreader.
