Unlike some of our competitors, all of technical support is free of charge (i.e. no premium telephone rates).
When contacting support, please be prepared to give as much information as possible, like:
- Order/invoice number of product concerned.
- Part number of product concerned.
- Operating system being used (i.e. XP, Linux).
- Operating system error code(s).
- If CPU based, BIOS revision.
- If processor based, other cards in system.
- Any steps you have taken to solve the issue.
