Making a purchase from the dpieshop.com online couldn't be easier. Just browse our online catalogue by 'Categories' or 'Manufacturers' and add items to your cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "View Cart" and then checkout where you will be asked for the few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.
A copy of your order will be sent via email for your reference upon successful checkout. You will receive an automated email when we begin to process/pack your order and then a second automated email when we despatch the order (which will also contain your parcel tracking number and web link).
Shipping
Shipping varies by weight and destination and will be shown during checkout - example rates are indicated below.
Tracking numbers will available when your order is despatched - both via your online account and despatch email.
Goods will need to be signed for. Please give a delivery address where someone will be available.
Part Shipping Of Orders
We do not normally part-ship orders with out of stock items, we will wait till we get all parts into stock before shipping your order to keep shipping costs at a minimum (i.e one shipment per order). If you wish you to receive an in stock part quickly in addition to an out of stock part, we recommend you place separate orders.
UK Delivery
For mainland UK, providing we have stock, we will deliver your order on the next working day if your order is placed
before noon (12pm). Orders placed between 12pm and 2.30pm might be shipped same day but depend on order workload and courier pickup time. Otherwise, your order will be shipped on the next working day. If your order is for delivery to Northern Ireland or the Highlands and Islands please allow extra time for delivery.

Fed-Ex charge based upon
physical and volumetric weight for
international shipments. For larger packages (like our GPS starter kits for example), the volumetric weight exceeds the physical weight. Fed-Ex will charge on whatever is the largest. Products affected will have a volumetric weight indicated on the webpage, directly beneath the physical weight.
