Returning faulty or damaged goodsReturning faulty or damaged goods

Any faults that occur within the first 14 days after the goods arrive must be reported to us within this time frame to be eligible for refund/replacement. Products returned after 14 days are eligible for repair/replacement only. Packaging must be in as new condition and all parts must be present to be eligible for a refund.

To return a product:

  1. Go to 'My Account' page.
  2. Go to the 'orders' page and select the order concerned.
  3. Click 'Need to return this product' (as per image) which will bring up the RMA form.
  4. Complete the RMA form.
Once the RMA is approved, you will be given instructions on how to return the product(s).

Returning unwanted goods
Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000), non business customers have the right to cancel the contract relating to your order at any time up to the end of 7 working days after the goods are delivered. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Diamond Point International by letter or Email giving details of the goods ordered, including item number, your user ID and date received. Notification by phone is not acceptable.

If you exercise your right of cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Diamond Point International Ltd at your own cost. The Distance Selling Regulations (2000) places a duty on you to take reasonable care of the goods once you have exercised your right to cancel. Returned items must be packaged properly and shipped in the original packaging. Please try to include all internal packaging, accessories, manuals and protective bags, however small. Diamond Point International will refund you within 14 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit or debit card for the goods. This sum does not include any original postage costs or any import taxes paid by you.

Exceptions to Distance Selling Regulations (2000) - you do not have the right to cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Act if:
  • You have collected the goods from our premises
  • You are not a consumer (i.e. a company, partnership, sole trader or any other commercial body or registered charity)
