All payment information is handled by our payment gateway (Sage Pay, formerly Protx). Your debit and credit card details are passed directly to Sage Pay and are neither seen or held by Diamond Point. As a Payment Service Provider, thousands of businesses outsource their transaction security to Sage Pay. It is their top priority to ensure that transaction data is kept secure at all times.
All transaction information passed between the dpieshop.com website and the Sage Pay systems are encrypted using 256-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted.
Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data held by Sage Pay is extremely secure and Sage Pay is regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

| Payment - Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode - 3D Secure |

In order to protect customers from fraudulent transactions Diamond Point use 3D Secured transactions for all credit and debit cards enrolled in the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode programs to provide you with an extra level of protection.
3D secure is a technology set up by MasterCard and Visa and comprises of MasterCard SecureCode and Verifed by Visa. The system adds an additional layer of security for online transaction by requiring you to register a password against your card. This works in much the same way as your pin number when using a cash/ATM machine. The 3D secure window you can see is not part of the dpieshop.com website - it is generated by your credit card company and the data you enter into these fields cannot be seen by Diamond Point - the characters you enter are transfered directly to your bank for verification.
If you have not used the 3D Secure system before you can register your card in the window and choose a password. This password is sent directly to your bank/card issuer and is not shared with Diamond Point in any way.

Payment - Bank Transfer / Pro-Forma Invoice |
|
If you wish to pay via bank transfer / pro-forma invoice, simply choose the 'Bank Transfer Payment' on the payment page. Once you complete checkout, our bank details will be emailed to you automatically. Additionally, in your account section, you will be able to download a PDF pro-forma invoice which includes our bank details.
Note that all bank charges must be paid for by the purchaser.

Payment - 30 Day Credit Account |
|
If you are a business and wish to open a 30-day credit account then the following qualifying criteria applies.
- You must have accounts filed that will allow a credit check to take place.
- Your initial order must exceed £500.00 excluding VAT.
Unfortunately such orders will not be able to be placed online - they will have to be provided via phone/fax/email/post.
